Have been working with Cynthia to bring in help for my parents, and this can be a frustrating job as we are still in the transition phase and my parents are not yet used to the idea of having someone in their home. She is extremely patient with my family and just rolls with the punches. She is very responsive over email/text. She always communicates the schedule and sends a bio of whatever helper is coming that day so we know who is with them. Every caregiver that has been sent has been excellent and very compassionate. Cynthia is also a "one stop shop" in that she manages the billing to the long term care insurance, so you don't have to deal with another billing department. comfortkeep also bills our care insurance company directly and gets us out of the loop.

I have never seen a place take care of it's customers like Comfort Keep Home. The manager, Jack, he is a blessing. he makes sure that every client that is under his care are well taken care of. He has the best support staff and they make sure that they make you feel valued. Their care givers are well trained and very versatile as well. Their are trained to do more than just "care" for their seniors. They go above and beyond what is asked of them and for that, they are greatly appreciated. Lastly, their prices are very fair. I don't feel like they are gouging me, especially with their awesome and professional care givers. I trust this company 110%. They have my business over the other care companies. Keep doing what you're doing Comfort Keep Home. Stay Great!

I have been using Senior Helpers for several months in securing companion caregiving for my mom. They have been responsive to our needs and have helped out in a pinch. We have started working with one particular caregiver provided by Comfortkeep and she has been great with my mom. Professional and caring. Bi-weekly statements are emailed to my account. Comfortkeep has been a great resource for our family.

Your Star Rating should go to 10 because that is how highly I would rate the excellent service and support that I have received from Comfort for my 88 year old mother! They have provided my mother, who has very special needs, with outstanding, reliable, and loving Caregivers, who I can trust to do the best job for my mother. All the Caregivers, (Tammy, Diana, Cheryl and Gladys) that have supported us in our home are professional, knowledgeable, know what they are doing and, most important, genuinely care for my mother. When I come home from work she is in very good spirits and I can tell she really enjoyed her day with her Caregiver. Her happiness is highest priority for me. Jack Manager at comfort, has also helped me when I am in crisis mode-- they are always available to help. Their responsiveness is incredible! This has allowed me to work with peace of mind, knowing my mother is cared for. Thank You, comfortkeep , you are my A Team!
