Privacy Policy

ComfortKeep Home (“we,” “our,” or “us”), pursuant to its fiduciary obligations and in strict adherence to applicable statutory and regulatory frameworks, promulgates this Privacy Policy to articulate its unyielding commitment to the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of all personal data entrusted to its custody. This policy governs the lawful collection, processing, retention, and safeguarding of personal data, defined as any information capable of directly or indirectly identifying a natural person, including but not limited to names, domiciliary and mailing addresses, telephonic and electronic communication identifiers, healthcare-related details pertinent to the provision of senior care services, and employment records requisite for payroll, benefits, and compliance purposes. Under no circumstances shall ComfortKeep Home engage in the alienation, commodification, or unauthorized dissemination of personal data to third parties for pecuniary or promotional purposes without the data subject’s explicit, informed, and unequivocal consent. Marketing communications, whether disseminated via electronic mail (in digital format), telephonic communications (including voice and Short Message Service (SMS) transmissions), or postal correspondence, shall be contingent upon such affirmative consent, which may be revoked at any time through mechanisms including replying “STOP” to SMS messages, activating the “unsubscribe” hyperlink embedded within electronic mail transmissions, or contacting ComfortKeep Home via telephone at 1-855-888-8033 or by electronic mail to request cessation of correspondence. Personal data shall be retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the legitimate purposes for which it was collected or as mandated by law, with client data maintained during the contractual relationship or until the data subject elects to terminate services, and employee data preserved for the tenure of employment and any legally mandated periods thereafter. Upon cessation of the retention period, data shall be irreversibly destroyed in compliance with applicable regulatory standards. ComfortKeep Home implements robust technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards to secure personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of data at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, fortified storage systems, and regular audits and penetration testing. In the event of a data breach, defined as any unauthorized access, disclosure, or compromise of personal data, ComfortKeep Home shall initiate containment measures, conduct a forensic investigation to ascertain the scope and impact of the breach, notify affected individuals expeditiously where there exists a significant risk to their rights or freedoms, and report the breach to regulatory authorities within legally prescribed timeframes. Notifications to data subjects shall include a concise description of the breach, the categories of data affected, recommended mitigative measures, and contact details for further assistance. ComfortKeep Home further commits to rectifying systemic vulnerabilities contributing to the breach to prevent recurrence. This Privacy Policy shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which ComfortKeep Home operates, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted under the procedural rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body, with the arbitral award constituting a final and binding resolution of all claims.
